Totallica appoints Abchurch

Totallica

Abchurch assisting in building an investment case

Abchurch has been appointed to advise Totallica as it seeks capital to develop its revolutionary super computer.  Abchurch’s brief is to assist in building the investment case and to introduce the Company to possible sources of funding.

Based on 15 years of research at the University of Reading, the Totallica team has created a powerful PetaScale supercomputer, which is 5% of the cost, uses one hundredth of the power of existing supercomputers, one hundredth of the size, and is 4,000 times more accurate.  This allows Totallica machines to be housed in any commercial building without the need for complex cooling systems.  The demand for Totallica supercomputers will come from a wide range of industries and sectors including, for example, pharmaceutical companies, meteorological centres, Formula 1 teams and universities, from which an early sales pipeline is already developing.

Julian Bosdet, Chief Executive at Abchurch commented, “Abchurch is delighted to have been appointed by Totallica to assist it in its next phase of growth.  The chip architecture, which is beyond proof of concept, will change the way many sectors are able to operate.  We look forward to working with Dr Paul Johnson and his team at Totallica.”

Leading the Abchurch account is CEO Julian Bosdet, supported by Director Adam Michael and Jamie Hooper, an Account Executive with specialist knowledge of the high performance computing sector.
