| Ashleigh Lezard After graduating in Politics and International Relations, Ashleigh began her career with a five year stint at the FT, initially as editorial assistant on the foreign desk moving to deputy editor of the FT’s Foreign Direct Investment magazine. Here she covered the environmental impact of multinational companies investing around the world and the development of clean technology clusters. |
Ashleigh went on to work internationally for the World Wide Fund for Nature, responsible for managing communications across the South Pacific region based in Fiji and Vietnam. Whilst in Vietnam she also worked as a communications consultant to the World Bank and the Vietnam Tourist Board. On her return to the UK, Ashleigh spent three years at Capital MS&L as a communications consultant for private equity and VC |
funds, and 18 months as Marketing Manager for leading environmental research company, Trucost Plc, where she was responsible for media relations and marketing to an audience of institutional investors and corporates. With over 10 years international communications experience principally focusing on the environmental sector, Ashleigh has been a key part of Abchurch’s Environmental team since 2010. |
