Henry Harrison-Topham - Managing Director
| Henry Harrison-Topham is a financial PR and media specialist with over fifteen years' experience. Henry started his career as a stockbroker at Bell Lawrie White, a division of Brewin Dolphin. Prior to founding Abchurch with Julian Bosdet, he was a Partner at Bankside having joined from Shandwick Consultants where he spent four years.

Henry has significant experience in financial communications and currently heads up the Special Situations team at Abchurch which has successfully advised companies on delisting, MBOs, administration and insolvency processes, mergers and acquisitions (agreed or hostile), disposals, shareholder actions, cross border transactions, crisis management and contingency planning, rights issues and internal employee communications. |
In addition to managing financial calendar programmes, Henry is also a specialist in assisting both domestic and international companies through the IPO process and to date has advised on more than 50 listings on a variety of markets. He works on range of sectors including aerospace and defence, construction and property, financial services, engineering, industrials, professional and support services, transport and utilities |
